Andrew and Francis

El Greco’s figures are elongated and rather weird (right, Celia?), but isn’t it way too much fun to see “our” Andrew and Father Jim Bok’s Francis in the same painting, conversing. Notice their hands. What do you think Andrew is saying?

    I think he’s asking St. F. what that scar is on his right hand. It resembles a nail hole????????????

    I am not sure what they are saying…but they don’t look like the have the same sense of humor as you and Father Jim, do they?
